I had a great stay at this hotel, tucked away on a quiet street yet still in the heart of Chiang Mai. The rooms were clean and well-kept, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly and attentive. However, the air conditioning in my room wasn’t working properly, so that was a bit uncomfortable at times. The breakfast was included, but the dining options were limited. Overall, it's a good value for money despite a few hiccups.
